gnome installation problem


hi, I downloaded Linux Slackware and I installed gnome and when do startx command this problem pops up ?

xauth: file /root/.serverauth.1713 does not exist

What did you download when you 'downloaded Slackware' and how did you install Slackware? Also, how did you install GNOME on top of Slackware? Where did you download it?
Apparently the installation was not complete if "gnome-session-binary" is missing. This binary is not part of Slackware itself and should probably have been installed as part of GNOME?

Ok can u give me a way to download gnome on slackware and btw i downloaded slackware from original website
