Can Slackware Installed from FTP?

In Slackware Installation Help ,I found "Selects the source media for the Slackware Linux distribution. You can install from another hard disk partition, floppy disks, an NFS mount, a pre-mounted directory, or from CD-ROM.".

But my roommate use WindowsXP. I heared Redhat gentoo etc can install from ftp. Can slackware installed from ftp?
If he can, how can i do this?

ps: Search "slackware install ftp" from google could not return useful links, which keyword should i search?
