I'm blessed with not using windows either. When I used windows I would just go to download.com and search for "burn iso" and install whatever program was free and had high reviews. Like the program I linked to in one of your threads.
Bittorrent can take hours or even days to download 4GB, depending on how fast it's downloading. I also posted a link to a direct download. Does the torrent downloader show that it's completed?
That is just a program to burn an ISO to disk. Depending on your burner and that program probably 5 to 20 minutes. Something you'll learn about linux is that most distributions come as fairly complete entities, meaning they already have a program or programs to burn ISO's, they already have a torrent client or maybe several, they already have multiple media players, email clients, browsers......etc, and then they have multiple programs that can be installed to do all those things and just about anything else you might want. I use transmission for torrents, I use k3b to burn ISO's, etc.
Well i downloaded it using the link you gave me? now what do i do? It acutally said burn so i just burned the iso to the disk i guess is that all i have to do?
