Thank You !

ARM Team --

Thank you for Slackware ARM and for SARPI.

I received a Raspberry Pi 3 for Christmas and I was able to get it up and running PDQ following the excellent HOWTO on the SARPI Site.

My RPi3 Box has been running a couple weeks now without any problems at all.

My only regret is that I started with 'only' a 32 GB MicroSD Card :)

Thanks again All'Y'All !

SARPI really is an valuable add on to the Slackware ARM port.
And Slackware on ARM is by all means a true Slackware as any.

Kudos to the maintainers for the valuable results we all have learned to love and depend on.

Thank YOU for your appreciation of SARPi. It's very welcome. :hattip:

Without Pat Volkerding there would be no Slackware. Without the Slackware Team it might not be as brilliant an operating system. Without MoZes there would be no Slackware ARM. These are great people driven by a great vision, with great knowledge/experience and skills. All those who take time to use and know Slackware [ARM] are blessed by, and rewarded with, the best learning curve of any Linux distribution. These are the people we need to thank, mostly.

Without Dave Spencer the SARPi Project would not be what it is today. His work saved untold weeks/months in putting every thing together in 2012.

Basically, all that you use in the form of installer images and packages, all that you read and see, from the SARPi Project is based on the work/time/effort/dedication of these outstanding individuals. That's primarily what makes the SARPi Project so damned cool!

I'd be very surprised if Slackware ARM on your RPi3 wasn't rock-solid reliable and trouble-free. In my experience, Slackware ARM pretty much runs flawlessly on any device it's installed on.
