at the moment, from the available (but still expensive) there is a board for the Allwinner D1 Nezha RISC-V Linux SBC 99$
on this board it would already be possible to test slarm64-riscv64

Looks Great But what it's comparison (performance) with another board (e.g. Raspberry Pi)?

I think it is comparable to allwinner A20.
