Rock Pi S RK3308 (aarch64)

  • Rockchip RK3308 Quad A35 64bit processor with built-in VAD
  • 256 / 512MB RAM versions
  • USB 2.0 OTG (type C) + USB 2.0 HOST (type A)
  • RJ45 10/100Mbit Ethernet
  • optional PoE (additional HAT required)
  • 802.11 a/b/g/n Wifi + Bluetooth 4.2 with external antenna connector
  • 26 pin GPIO header
  • 26 pin voice/audio header includes I2S, PCM, TDM, PDM, SPDIF, and HDMI ARC
  • Size 1.5x1.5inch (~38.1x38.1mm)
  • Optional - ROCK Pi S on board storage version with 1Gb/2Gb/4Gb/8Gb NAND flash

First release for Rock Pi S v1.1 board prepared:

legacy kernel
  • image update to the current version of the rootfs 15 Jun 19
  • kernel version 4.4.143

Due to the fact that not all tty dongle love the speed of 1500000, u-boot and the kernel are built with support for 115200 speeds.

installation on a sdcard
Unpack the IMAGE file and record by running the following on the SD card

xzcat slarm64-current-*-base-rootfs-*-build-*.img.xz > /dev/mmcblk0

the image includes a bootloader, but it can be installed / updated separately
