Replace an ARM netbook

Unfortunately my AC100 is dying so I'm looking for something to replace it.
It does not have-to be ARM but some of the features I like makes it difficult for an x86 machine to achieve with a limited budget.

Having been quite happy with the AC100 id like to keep the size, weight, keyboard, wifi, battery life and ability to run Slackware ARM but I'd like it to have an integrated LAN and a smaller budget.

What are you guys using ? ... or what do you suggest ?

I had a look at a VIA WM8880 based netbook but as usual the open-source support for the hardware does not look promising.

An intel or arm based system with either intel or amd video card would be good!

A lot of the intel's xorg drivers don't even compile in ARM.

Anyway ... I know others are using Slackware ARM desktop systems (as in GUI dektop) ... what are the others running it on ?
Anyone else using Slackware ARM on netbook/tablet ?
