LXC on Slackware Arm?
Does anyone run lxc on Slackware arm? I was wondering if I could get lxc on some small board computer, e.g. Raspberry Pi, using slackware? Slackware in the container of course.

LXC on Slackware Arm?
I build packages on my raspberry pi 4 b in a slackware arm 14.2 lxc container. I prefer that my pi 3 router does not build it's own packages. I wouldn't recommend doing this with anything less than a rpi3 b+. Speed and heat concerns etc.

I'm thinking about offloading some really light stuff like dnsmasq and perhaps moving the scripts controlling my lights to lxc containers on a Pi or similar. I did think about flashing my router to OpenWRT or similar for dnsmasq etc, but I'm thinking now that as that works and I don't want to mess it up a Pi on the network doing some of the stuff in containers would be a good solution. |
LXC on Slackware Arm?
The reason I do not want to build packages on the pi 3 b is because it's my network gateway. It is a fairly minimal installation with hostapd added to it.
