Is the RPI.GPIO library included?

I want to get this piece of software working on Slackware ARM on my RPi, https://github.com/sqall01/alertR though it requires some things, including RPI.GPIO ...is this already included in Slackware?

If you installed fatdog the gpio ports will work but you need to export and configure them manually. Not really sure what you mean by "RPI.GPIO" ?
do you mean some sort of higher level lib extension for perl or python or what more ? (probably need to install that yourself)

RPi.GPIO is a Python module for controlling the GPIO ports.

You could try my SlackBuild, if you like. It's pretty simple but any feedback would be appreciated.
