Interesting Arm Developments
Although this is not Slackware related, I thought it was worth sharing these two links from Slashdot.org about Arm CPUs
1. EU probing Nvidia Arm takeover
2. Qualcomm to build Apple M-1 Competition
The first appears to ensure security of supply of Arm Products.
The second indicates Qualcomm is going to move into the Arm high-end CPU space with Arm chips. The only offerings to date are packaged in very pricey server products. I can see Qualcomm opening that up.

Maybe, but so do decent X86_64 CPUs. If they price themselves out of the market, they lose. Going for them is the power/performance ratio. Going against is the masses of software not available on Arm. But that is lessening. What it also means is that the next Raspberry Pi can have teeth!

this just means we can do WOA and not have to wait for Slackware AArch64-current, if you thought Slackware 15 was taking forever, forget it!
