Banana Pi BPI-M2U?

Hi, will this do slackwarearm Banana Pi BPI-M2U? Amazon has them.

It's Allwinner R40/V40, not AllWinner A20.

I want something with sata, or just stick with Banana Pi Pro?

I don't see that any supported orange pi do sata
Orange Pi Plus (H3) v1.1,
Orange Pi Plus 2E (H3) v1.1
Orange Pi PC (H3) v1.2

Thanks

The R40 isn't well supported by mainline yet. Linux 4.19 is scheduled to be an LTS so is what Slackware ARM 15.0 will ship with, but SATA support for R40 is scheduled for 4.20.
You'd need to build u-boot for it (assuming u-boot has support for it yet).
