60 FPS on Raspberry Pi 3 Model B with Slackware ARM 14.2

Hello,

I finally found how to reach 60 FPS on my Raspberry Pi 3 Model B (RPi3B) with Slackware ARM 14.2 (SARM14.2)!

Remark: You do not need the downstream/anholt Mesa version, indeed I tried with the official/original/mainline Mesa 17.0.4 and I also reached 60 FPS.

All Pi boards share the same GPU and I'm able to play MPEG4 1080p at 50/60fps - both online streams (DVB TS) and local files - on a Pi0 under Kodi 17.x by using this optimized FFMPEG:
