Unhappy ZipSlack boot problem!

Sers,
I have a Problem booting ZipSlack.
I unpacked it correctly and with all Paths and the Swapfile, onto the C drive of my old notebook. When I'm booting now, its loading VMlinuz and stuff. But then Suddenly the whole screen fills with chars and other symbols and a second later the notebook reboots.

Hopefully you can help me.

MFG,
Wirrun

i also tried it with boot disk.
But even there it only gets to the line, "uncompressing linux..."
And a few seconds later it crashs and for another few seconds
the screenbuffer is filled with various chars.
