I have a Strata (and a Limbo). I'm very happy with both of them.
Also, Zareason is a pleasure to deal with. When you call them on the phone, a real live human whose menu has not recently changed answers.
Slackware is not in their distro-pick list, but, if you want them to ship the machine with Slackware, you can request that in the "comments" when you place your order.
