xinetd not included, can't locate download, help

I'm trying to try out xinetd (to see if it gives me better logging of pop3 failures) but anyway, can't find it in the slackware distributions and cant access http://www.xinetd.org/ for a couple of days.

HELP

Can someone point me in the direction of the source or a txz for 14 64

O and why is it not included in the slackware sets???

Thanks
