Unhappy ximian evolution 1.4 problem > libsoup-2.0.so.0

have downloaded ximian 1.4 from linuxpackages.net but when i try to run then i get:

bash-2.05b$ evolution
evolution: error while loading shared libraries: libsoup-2.0.so.0: 
cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
any ideas?
