xffm showing files as icon not list
 
is there anyway to make this?

I want to view the files in folder like icons, not list, but Im not finding this option in anywhere..

... just one more thing, anyone know a good site to download xfce things (themes, apps, etc)?

It is the nature of xffm. Try something like rox or nautilus.
