XFCE notifyd without libSexy

Hi everyone, I use slackware64 13.1.
I was messing with the code of notifyd from XFCE and I notice that uses libSexy, for click in URL and other stuff, but in slackware that library is not present.

Is there some reason?

I noticed this too. For now, I install libsexy and then rebuild xfce4-notifyd.
