xfce menu.xml where'd it go?

Hey everyone... I just installed xfce to see if it would run my graphics work faster than gnome (a lot thinner around the beltline).... and it seems great. Problem is I tried to add some things to the menu and I can't find it anywhere. It's supposed to be in--per docs--/etc/xfce4. But there's no xfce4 file.

I'm running slackware 9 with dropline 2.6 and now xfce (from current). Any help would be greatly appreciated. I feel like a fool.
