xfce icon bar in slack 13 disappears and reappears

The bar at the bottom in xfce with the program icons , log-out button etc has recently started to disappear and then reappear when xfce first starts. It does eventually settle down but I would like to fix it so this doesn't happen.I haven't changed any settings so I am unsure why it would start doing this.Anyone else had this happen to them?Anyone have a fix?.Using Slack 13 64 with xfce version that comes with it.Cheers.

Log out and remove all files from ~/.cache/sessions/. Log back in again. That should fix it I think. Happens sometimes when you add something to the panel and then you remove it I think.
