xfce etiquette icon theme

Im using a fresh slack 12 install and XFCE has a couple of icon themes. When I try to use "Etiquette" every file which is not from xfce(like pdf's, source code, images, whatever) appear with no icon(or the default icon, that is)
Here is a screenshot

If I remember correctly some themes fallback to default themes I dont remember which to install in this case.
Someone knows how to fix this?
