xfce 4.10 and latest updates to current

I'm happily running ralvex's xfce 4.10 on -current. I noticed in the changelog that the recent massive update breaks xfce in -current. Has anyone tried with 4.10?

Yeah, 4.10 should be (mostly) fine.

The Friday the 13th upgrades borked my Xfce 4.10 setup. I haven't tried un-installing 4.10 and starting from scratch, yet, but at the moment it is un-useable.

No idea then. Mine here is still working, but then, I don't know what I've rebuilt along the way - I've had a *lot* of churn on this machine :)

Tried to rebuild my Xfce 4.10 installation from scratch, but no joy.

...I guess I'll wait then. I don't have time this week to try to rebuild if things go wrong.

If you are missing libnotify then you have messed up your system or have an incomplete installation. You could use slackpkg to clean up your system and (re)install missing packages.

slackpkg update
slackpkg install-new
slackpkg upgrade-all
slackpkg clean-system
