xf86-video-intel-2.99.914-x86_64-1.txz breaks GL

After upgrade to the latest intel driver xf86-video-intel-2.99.914-x86_64-1.txz, various GL programs break down:

Chrome will hang after startup and report a GPU process hang in the console.

Kwin effects stopped working.

The gears in the glxgears does not rotate...

The output of glxinfo seems to be normal and I don't see anything strange in the X.0.log...

One more thing, after I roll back to xf86-video-intel-2.99.912-x86_64-1, every thing works again. Although there some glitches in Chrome as usual...

Try to apply this patch and see if this fixed it
