X11R6 - PCSX2 cmake build problem

I lost the specific error message, but after cmake checks for all dependencies to build PCSX2, theres an error something like this:

"Cannot generate a safe linker search path for target pcsx2 because files in some directories may conflict with libraries in implicit directories:

link library [libglib-2.0.so] in /usr/lib may be hidden by files in:
/usr/X11R6/lib
link library [libgobject-2.0.so] in /usr/lib may be hidden by files in:
/usr/X11R6/lib
link library [libcairo.so] in /usr/lib may be hidden by files in:
/usr/X11R6/lib

Some of these libraries may not be found correctly."

This is a "gentoo-based-error" log, mine was with other libraries: glew, libpng and some others.

Can someone talk to me about this X11R6 folder, how and why its used, why is depreciated in some distributions? If i hide the folder the pcsx2 builds flawless

Some libs have the same or similar names, but come packaged from different places. Take libcurl, for example. My box has 3 versions in /usr/lib, one in /usr/lib64, google earth and Adobe reader. If the system serves up the wrong one to the build, it will fail.

Some are localized versions.
