X window change pixels

Hi everyone,

I am running a sony laptop model number PCG-F390 with slackware 9.0 with KDE 3.1.2. 500mhz and 128mb of RAM. Now I have managed to get KDE up and running quite nicely, execpt the pixel are set in 600x480 how can I change this to something like 1024x768. The video card is a neomagic something, and it probably has 4mb of memory. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks alot
Tank728

Hi.

Have a look at the second post in this thread.

XF86Config-4 might be called XF86Config on your system, though.

Dave.
