I am not a lover of icons, but over the years I've migrated to working in a command window under X. When I re-booted the computer after installing the new kernel, the icon for "trash" now shows an open container, not one with the lid on. I deleted a file, verified it was in "trash" and then emptied the box. The open icon remains. Can someone suggest a way to get the trash icon in sync with the contents?
