Well, you can try this driver so you won't need to convert to FAT32 and limit your partitions. I know I'll try it

Hold your pants. And take it one at a time. I asked you, what kernel do you prefer using ? 2.4.x or 2.6.x ? You will need to recompile your kernel to add support for your lan card, so you have a chance to switch to 2.6 if you want...

Oh, and by the way, I don't know if you tried the ntfs driver yet, but I did and it worked ok untill now - just a hint -

There are still a couple minor issues with the driver (like trying to write to a full disk), but it sounds like NTFS read-write is finally here

yeah, it's not stable. and in my system ,even couldn't see all the file on NTFS,i use k2.6!

Trial ?? I don't remember it beeing trial. And I must say that for me it worked like a charm untill now. No problems whatsoever. Now I'm not using it anymore, cause I trashed Windows, just using it rarely with VMware and that's a whole other thing, so no NTFS driver needed. I think you can try it, just don't do risky things with it and limit yourself a bit.
