With Mozilla when I focus on a different app somtimes I can´t type anything in Moz
 

I guess maby I am just getting picky... its just somtimes when I focus on another application in Xwindows (Fluxbox) when I go back to Mozilla if I type no imput seems to get though from the keyboard... mouse still works.

The only thing I can do is close Mozilla and open it again and it works again.

Any ideas??

Does this happen when you're displaying
TABs in Mozilla, and after mouse marking
operations?

Try TABbing/Alt-Tabbing rather than closing
Mozilla ...

Well ... I have a bit of time to waste at the moment.

My employer was running short of money, and my
position (with several others - 20 out of 250) was
made redundant .... *sigh* ... since I'm job-hunting
and mainly keeping the house I can help people
here ;)

Mozilla Freezes when typing any URL on the address bar
 

Hello, I have that strange problem since I 've tried Mozilla...
Whenever I type a URL on the addressbar Mozilla freezes and all I can do is kill it...
It happens always.....My box is Slack 9.1 with KDE 3.2 updated to the latest current version...
I tried the Mozilla.org but couldn't find anything helpful...

Tinkster are you involved with http://www.linuxshop.co.nz/ ? I noticed that your sig is similar to their byline...

afaik, its a bug thats been in Moz for a long time, to fix it, i've noticed opening a terminal and typing something then switching back to moz will let you type just fine!
