Wireless Problem on Slackware 10.0

I've just installed Slackware 10.0. I then attempted to configure my wireless card (Intel Pro/Wireless 2100 3B Mini pcadapter). I installed ndiswrapper and followed the directions and everything seemed to go smoothly. I issued the commands:
iwconfig wlan0 mode Managed
ifconfig wlan0 up

And I can't connect to the Internet. Ifconfig reveals that the essid is correct ("linksys") and it seems to look like everything is working, but I can't connect to anything. Anyone have any ideas? This isn't a wep issue, and from as far as I can tell everything seems to be working with the exception I can't access the Internet. Thanks for any help.

You need to get an IP address. Try dhcpcd wlan0 if you use DHCP. If you don't, assign one with ifconfig.

By the way, if you have an Intel 2100, you might want to check out the native linux drivers .

That did the trick. Thanks for your help.
