I usually just reinstall if I screw something up or made too many changes I don't know how to undo. Just makes it simplier if I know I'm working from a clean spot.

You can also just download the source for ndiswrapper and compile it yourself. That's pretty easy too.. just './configure' and 'make install'.

Good luck. It feels great once you get things working. v11 is much easier than v9 or earlier. It detects more hardware and configures it properly now.
