Wireless internet

I turned on my computer and logged in. Clicked on firefox and it loaded for a couple of minutes which is quite strange(Generally it takes about a second). Then it said google could not be found so i tryed another website, i got the same problem. I fiddled with my settings and tryed to do this:
Code:
modprobe ndiswrapper
It then said something about one modules file being used before another and i checked out the files and tryed to edit them, but of course, even with root acess i wasnt allowed. Then i played with the settings and the KWIFI finally found my desired signal and said it was connected. Unfortunately the internet is still not working.

I would appreciate it if someone could provide step by step instructions on how to fix this problem(im still a kid).

Regards, jack

You probably need to run "dhcpcd wlan0"
You can make everything happen when you boot up by changing the setting in /etc/rc.d/rc.modules

http://www.tuxmagazine..com/node/1000167/ has "Wireless Networking with Ndiswrapper" which can be helpful in install and troubleshooting wireless setups. Good luck.
