Wireless configured for broadcom 4312 but local access only , Ethernet doesn't work

I am having a few networking problems in my new slack12 installation.
First off I have set up my wireless using ndiswrapper as I have for every distro and it worked as expected, got my network connected and can go to my routers homepage, but I cannot get outside to the internet, ping responds with unknown host to any thing outside my network??
I am using dhcp, and an IP address is assigned to my computer.

Problem two
upon install I had my ethernet cable plugged in and my connection was called eth0, worked great. now when I boot booting hangs until I press my power button and then continues on, once I log in I noticed that my connection was now called eth1. but no longer works. every time I boot the number changes in sequence right now its eth4.
I am using the forcedeth driver for my ethernet, which has worked for me everytime before

Hi,

Did you make:
modprobe -r bcm43xx
before starting the ndiswrapper thing?
Blacklist the module to be sure it;s not loaded.

I did have the bcm43xx module blacklisted. I have been messing around all day and still cannot get this sorted out.
any other ideas?

What is the output; 'route -n' and did you check your '/etc/resolv.conf'?

Check the '/etc/udev/';

I would look at the file and see if there are duplicate entries. You can delete this file if there are dups and restart or reboot to try again.
