Will security patches be available for packages in slackware extra(Official) Eg bittornado will recieve security patches from slackware officially or not?

bittornado is unmaintained upstream since december 2006 (more that 7 years) so there's no security patches coming from its developers and no listed CVEs.

debian applies 30 patches (more or less), most of which aren't security related at all.
if you prefer to use it with their patches, just launch this slightly modified build script that uses them: as root

cd bittornado
BUILD=4custom ./bittornado.SlackBuild
upgradepkg --install-new --reinstall ../bittornado-0.3.18-noarch-4custom.txz
