why Slackware 10 still use old GTK+ file chooser

Why? It still use old GTK+ file chooser. Slackware 10 comes with GTK+ 2.4 and it should use GTK+ file chooser with bookmark feature, nautilus-here, or gnome-terminal-here button. But it use GTk+ 2.2 file chooser. Any reason?
