Why does slackware not include sendmail.mc?

This might be a dumb question because I'm an old fart and maybe there's a new way to generate sendmail.cf. But if so, what is it?

Does anyone know where to find the sendmail.mc that is used to generate the stock sendmail.cf?

Thanks!

See directory /usr/share/sendmail/cf/cf

I usually use a copy of file sendmail-slackware.mc to generate a new sendmail.cf

Dumb answer: There are .mc files in /usr/share/sendmail/cf/cf/ that will let you build the stock sendmail.cf. They're just not called sendmail.mc.
