Smile Why (as default) the KDE 4.4.1's KDM by AlienBOB (4.4.1) uses the Arabic?

Just one innocent question, do not shoot!

It's amazing to see a American Linux distribution (Slackware) wanting to talk with you in Arabic... ;-)

What do you mean? I have AlienBob's KDE SC 4.4.1 slackware packages installed, and as far as I can remember, the default language is english.

Try to use a default installation, in run-level 4 (with KDM login)... ;-)

Okay, so I'm troll ... Well, I'll prepare a vmware video, with a default installation packages for Slackware-current and AlienBOB's KDE-4.4.1 of which will end with a KDM login in Arabic. :-)

The "problem" can be reproduced easily, don't worry ... ;-)

The default was English for me as well.
FWIW - I can make a video and have it end with a KDM login in Klingon.
