Question Where to report a keyboard layout bug?

Hi,

I use Slackware 10.2.
When I activate NumLock after pressing the button [. Del] the dot "."appears on the screen but since I use Polish locale there should be coma "," instead of dot "." because in Polish coma "," is used as a decimal symbol.
So where should I report this bug?

If that happens in X, you should probably report it to xorg:

https://bugs.freedesktop.org

In fact, its an i18n problem, so you could also contact the Polish i18n team.
