where to find libwv_gtk2u_html-2.8.so.8 for Slackware x86_64

running BOINC software with Slackware 14.1 ... in each case the client version runs fine but the manager (gui) version will not run because of this missing shared object library. BOINC says their Linux versions are directed at Ubuntu users and/or Fedora users. Is this something that Slackbuilds.org would get involved with? TIA

I have boinc 7.2.33 (64) on slackware 14.1 64 running gui no problem, downloaded it, sh filename, run ./BOINC/run_manager.

I see they have "Linux x64 7.2.42 Recommended version 28 Feb 2014 download (3.25 MB) Self-extracting archive", haven't tried it as mine seems to be working fine. I don't see anything HERE about ubuntu or fedora.

Which version of boinc you trying to run? I have nothing libwv....

also you shouldn't multi post same question

"libwv_gtk2u_html-2.8.so.8" is a typo.

* boinc 7.2.42 :

$ ldd boincmgr | grep wx
libwx_gtk2u_html-2.8.so.0 => /usr/lib/libwx_gtk2u_html-2.8.so.0 (0xb766c000)
libwx_gtk2u_adv-2.8.so.0 => /usr/lib/libwx_gtk2u_adv-2.8.so.0 (0xb75b0000)
libwx_gtk2u_core-2.8.so.0 => /usr/lib/libwx_gtk2u_core-2.8.so.0 (0xb725d000)
libwx_baseu_net-2.8.so.0 => /usr/lib/libwx_baseu_net-2.8.so.0 (0xb7232000)
libwx_baseu-2.8.so.0 => /usr/lib/libwx_baseu-2.8.so.0 (0xb70e6000)

I.e. wxGTK is required http://slackbuilds.org/repository/14.1/libraries/wxGTK/
