Where is default system browser defined?

Trying to run Httrack but it calls up Mozilla, which I do not use. This is apparently my default browser but I cannot find out where it is defined so I can change it. Can anyone help please?

If you use KDE, go to the Control Center at the Settings menu....
Browse to KDE Components -> File Associations
Select the "Text" then "HTML" file and you can change the default application (Browser) to open HTML files....

Hope this is the answer you're looking for.

Thanks anyway, but I use Icewm and Rox and need to find the file that contains the info so I can change it to Opera. Rox is set to use Dillo for local browsing but Mozilla must be set somewhere else. Anyone know? I've looked in all the /etc/rc.d ones and /etc/profile but nothing - must be in one of those loading up files somewhere mustn't it?

All of your IceWM preferences should be found somewhere in your ~/.icewm/ directory, but, since I don't use IceWM myself, I don't know what the exact file is.

The /etc/rc.d/ scripts are system startup scripts, and don't deal with things like Window Manager configurations, or any other per-user settings.
