Use whereis

Hi mathewzhao,
You can locate binary, source and manual pages of any command using whereis command. So do : -
Quote:
$ whereis command_name

Slackware uses 'elvis' as its default vi editor. Vim has many more features, and that's also included.

If you just prefer using nvi, there is a package for Slackware 9.1 at www.linuxpackages.net that might work for you.
