What up with these

I can't seem to find these files have they been remove or replace?

cxxlibs
iputils
xf86-video-intel

EDIT:

I found these 2.

The CHANGES_AND_HINTS.TXT from 14.2 shows cxxlibs under removed packages.

a/cxxlibs (added to aaa_elflibs)

The other two packages should exist assuming a full install of 14.2
