What is the oldest version of Slackware you are rocking?
 

If you have a really old Slackware version still running, what version is it and what are you using it for? Are you trying to keep it somewhat up to date with certain software or kernels?

I have 11.0 on a 486 that sits on a basement shelf. Once a year I power on and exercise the electronics. Dual boots with WFWG 3.11. ATI Video card has some bad RAM and the display is not great but everything works. 10 Mbps NIC, but works fine in the house LAN. 16 MB of RAM. WFWG is snappy but Slackware is, to be polite, slow.

I have a K6-III+ with 256 MB RAM and a PII with 448 MB RAM, both running 14.1 32-bit. I power those on once a year too. The former system dual boots with NT4.

That depends on what you mean by "rocking". ;) I still have a complete partition image backup of a full 10.2 install that I worked REALLY hard on for DAW work and didn't want to lose it. I've deployed it a few times on different PCs but haven't had the urge in about 4 years. I did last year deploy a similar image of OS/2 4.5 WseB just to see it run on a 4 core i5 w/ 8GB RAN and that was rather amazing!

On the flip side, hardware, I've given away or thrown away many PCs and Notebooks but for some crazy reason I still have an ancient Sony PII 433 w/ 256MB RAM (Max) that has 1337 on it. It takes forever to boot but once up is not painful.

What is the oldest version of Slackware you are rocking?
 

I've got 7.0 running in a VM. Purely for nostalgia. Does that count?

Anything that does serious work is much newer... relatively speaking.. ;)

I have an old 12.1 Slackware on a daily working old machine. For dedicated tasks.
Other more recent ones are with the current Slackware.
