what are the correct path for ksysv, the SysV-Init Editor?

ksysv, the SysV-Init Editor needs the correct path (in Slackware ) of
-services (default: /etc/rc.d/init.d but not exist........)
-runlevel (default: /etc/rc.d and seems ok)

what is the correct services path?

Slackware does not use System V init scripts, it uses BSD style init scripts. These are all located in /etc/rc.d That particulay KDE tool is not going to work in slackware.
