Question Weird copy paste problem

Hello All,

I having a weird copy paste problem. I use KDE as my desktop. I use XFCE-Terminal as my terminal emulator. When I use CTRL+C to copy stuff from, for example, Firefox, I can't paste it in the terminal using shirt+insert. It pastes old stuff. However, when I use CTRL+Shirt+V it pastes the current one.

Anyone has any idea about why?

Regards,
Ozan

I guess it is caused by different clipboards. I mean shift-insert uses the local clipboard of the terminal emulator, while ctrl-c and ctrl-shift-v use the "global" clipboard. Probably you can reconfigure the hot keys to use the same clipboard everywhere (which is common for all kde apps).
