Want To Restore Quick Launcher Icon For Firefox

I am using Slackware 13.37, 32-bit, with the KDE environment. I am not much of an expert with Linux...

In my Quick Launcher panel (the bar at the bottom of the screen), I right-clicked on the shortcut icon for Firefox, selected Icon Settings, selected the Application tab, and edited the Description field (I simply deleted what was in that field).

Now the shortcut icon for Firefox in the Quick Launcher panel appears as a "blank", i.e. it looks like a white square. If I click on the blank icon, Firefox starts normally.

Under Kickoff Application Launcher -> Applications -> Internet, the Firefox program is no longer listed.

So, how do I get the correct Firefox icon back in the Quick Launcher panel and the Firefox program listed by the Kickoff Application Launcher?
