Question vsftpd and port

Hi all, I use Slackware 11.

I need to make a ftp server with vsftpd and inetd. My ISP have blocked port 21. Then, how to change the default port ? Thank you.

"listen_port

If vsftpd is in standalone mode, this is the port it will listen on for incoming FTP connections.

Default: 21"
