Virtualbox 4.0.4 slackbuild for slack 13.37

Only a stupid question: do this slackbuild require the JDK package?

I've got a compile error which says that 'javac' is missing.. this file seems to be only in the JDK package (and not in the JRE).

Do it's correct? No problem to install the JDK .. Simply I would like to know if my supposition is correct..

yes, jdk is needed just for making the package but after that you can uninstall it.

virtualbox-kernel-addons will most likely not be able to compilef

if you use the original .run package from VirtualBox website, you don't need JDK IMHO
