vbox on current
I have a dual booted current from around the end of May on which I have tried to run vbox-3.0.3 with an xp guest. This same vbox version and xp.vdi run just fine on 12.2 but on my current the keyboard freezes up.
I seem to remember this being brought up awhile back on this list but I can't find that thread and in any case we are now further along at rc2.
Is anyone running vbox on rc1 or rc2? and have you had problems with the keyboard on it?
TIA

I'm running Vbox on rc2 without any problems, but I'have vbox-3.02 and just got an information that 3.04 is available. I wonder if your 3.03 version is beta. I'm running XP-guests as well.

I had 3.0.3 on this 12.2 but upgraded to 3.0.4 earlier this evening. All seems fine so far, I'll reboot to current and see how that goes with this latest version of vbox.

I've installed vbox-3.0.4 on my current over top of the 3.0.3 as I did in 12.2. No problems, however, the lock up happened twice using current while building a dbase in access. I'll see if it happens again tomorrow morning "yawn".

Back again to say that I had XP up on current with vbox-3.0.4 this AM for about 1.5 hours without a problem. I have no idea what was causing the problem previously and could find nothing I could say was related to it in any log. Good new I suppose as I have someone I've promised to install vbox for when I upgrade her box to slack-13, problem is it always bugs me a bit to move on without knowing what was wrong before I moved on.
Cheers
