[SOLVED] /usr/lib/libXfixes.so: could not read symbols: File in wrong format

I got this error in a Slackbuild, my googling seems to point towards some issue with multilib but I'm not finding any real good conclusion. Stock 14.1 x64 with Alien Bob's multilib.
