USB keyboard + mouse reconnect error
I am having an issue where my keyboard and mouse stop working, and can not be used again on that USB port until I reboot. So what I did was plug them into two new ports, and fired up dmesg.
Here's what it looks like, when it tries to reconnect.
Eventually, I'll run out of ports to keep switching... and a restart is required. What's funny is that I can plug in other devices into that port, just not the keyboard or mouse back in ....

Just a tip, probably you need to use another driver (upgrade or replace)
